ConnectWise’s 2nd Annual Product All-Up Event

Last week, our CEO Matt and Service Manager Kris were whisked away to Tampa, Florida to speak at ConnectWise’s second annual Product All-Up. This event brings together the development and product teams of ConnectWise’s five products – Manage, Automate, Sell, Control, and Unite – to renew their common goals and encourage them as they continue to improve their products.

Scout has partnered with ConnectWise since 2009 and now uses four of the five ConnectWise products in our role as a Technology Managed Services Provider. This enables Matt and Kris to speak to the many ways these products have helped us succeed as a company. It was also a much needed break from the unrelenting improvement requests and bug reporting that all product developers face.

Aside from speaking at the Product All-Up, Matt and Kris had a lot of fun touring the ConnectWise offices. Between the sun, palm trees and getting to play news caster in ConnectWise’s studio, we half expected to hear about plans for a Tampa Scout office.
